TTEC Digital in United States seeks a Senior Program Manager to coordinate complex system implementations, from planning through delivery. You will manage client relationships, lead multi‑project teams, and drive governance, reporting and improvements across diverse solutions.

You will work with senior leaders to align delivery with business goals, enable change, and ensure client satisfaction. Travel up to 30% may be required; compensation reflects seniority and market rates.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience delivering transformation projects with CCaaS and related technology.
• Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and drive value creation.
• Experience leading enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and teams (3–50).
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage delivery relationships with program clients and oversee project plans and schedules.
• Provide regular status to senior stakeholders and executives for transparency.
• Lead large programs, coordinating 3–50 staff including internal and client resources.
• Drive program management functions: comms plan, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalations.
• Develop financial dashboards and monitor project financial status and variance.
