Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale implementations in the United States. You will manage relationships with executive sponsors, drive program governance, and oversee teams of 3–50 people across complex initiatives.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, reporting accuracy, and coaching teams to optimize program efficiency. PMP preferred; CCaaS domain knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience in consulting.
• Deep knowledge of CCaaS solutions (NiCE preferred).
• PMP certification preferred; superb communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program clients, including frequent contact with senior executives.
• Lead implementation of large programs with teams of 3-50 people, driving program management functions and reporting.
• Develop financial reporting dashboards, identify risks, and coach project teams to optimize efficiency.
