Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Professional Services to lead governance and end-to-end delivery of complex migrations and implementations for strategic customers. You’ll bridge sales, technical delivery, and executives to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in professional services, project management, or senior delivery roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex consulting and multi-workstream implementations.
• Own project governance across lifecycle, including charters, scope, RAID, and governance.
• Develop scalable methodologies, templates, and playbooks for efficient delivery.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with proactive risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate across Account Teams, Customer Engineers, Support, Product, and Engineering.
