Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Professional Services in the United States, with hybrid work options in multiple major cities. You will lead end-to-end migration and implementation projects, coordinating sales, delivery teams, and executives to ensure minimal downtime and successful outcomes.

The role requires extensive professional services or SaaS delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive complex programs across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in professional services, SaaS or cloud technology delivery.
• Proven project management experience with governance, delivery, and executive reporting.
• Strong relationship management with senior customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise projects.
• Own governance across project lifecycle: scope, plans, RAID, changes, closeout.
• Maintain high-trust relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with active financial and resource management.
• Develop scalable delivery methodologies, playbooks and templates.
• Validate scope and risks before project kickoff for smooth transitions.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize downtime and impact.
• Transform project data into clear, data-driven status narratives for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting and productivity.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Customer Engineers, Support, Product, Engineering and leadership.
