Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to supervise and provide technical direction for a team delivering engineering services on time and within budget. The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience and is based in Columbus, OH.

The ideal candidate will lead commercial contracts, manage project controls, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define scope and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering licensure and/or PMP certification highly preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers delivering services on time, budget, and quality.
• Manage commercial contracts across multiple projects, ensure timely invoicing and change control.
• Maintain project discipline, track budget, schedule, and quality; utilize project tools for control.
