Job summary

Hargrove seeks a Senior Project Engineer/Lead to provide technical leadership on complex projects and support the Project Manager in controlling cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong coordination across engineering disciplines and with the client, and a proven ability to deliver multi-discipline deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and is familiar with project execution procedures.

• Inform PM of technical issues, decisions, and problems.
• Coordinate with client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM team on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing budgets and schedules; document scope changes.
• Report engineering status and issues weekly and monthly.
• Plan and forecast engineering resources with discipline leads.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables.
