Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with engineering leaders and clients to meet performance goals.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, PE or PMP preferred, and strong leadership capabilities. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality expectations.
• Oversee commercial contracts, invoicing, change notices, and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain project discipline, budgets, schedules, and quality through project controls tools.
