Job summary

IDEX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Mott’s projects in the United States, including Aerospace & Defense and Semiconductor. You will act as the single point of accountability from contract review through final delivery, coordinating engineering, operations and commercial teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Experience with budgeting, EAC/ETC forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Driving recovery plans to protect margins.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• A&D experience is a plus.
• Experience running customer reviews (CDR/TRR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project execution from contract review to shipment, owning cost, schedule, scope and delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into clear plans; coordinate with engineering for compliant outputs.
• Lead project meetings, manage action logs, provide stakeholder updates and drive customer reviews.
• Monitor project risks and finances; track costs and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Organize handoffs across Mott Development, Operations and other internal teams.
