Job summary

Mott is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects from contract review through final delivery. You’ll coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain and commercial teams, manage schedules, POs, vendors, and customer reviews, while overseeing costs and risk mitigation.

This role offers impact across Aerospace & Defense and Semiconductor units, with a strong technical team and opportunities to influence margins and customer success.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering.
• Project Management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, EAC/ETC forecasting, variance analysis.
• Driving recovery plans to protect margins.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of accountability for projects from contract review through final delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain project schedules, place POs, manage vendor relationships.
• Lead customer reviews and maintain cost tracking and reporting.
• Manage risks and budgets to protect delivery commitments.
• Organize handoffs between internal groups to ensure smooth execution.
