Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager AFM to lead complex programs from order through delivery in a hybrid role based in Tulsa, OK, with remote options.

You will partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to manage schedules, budgets, and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management in heavy industry, a technical engineering background, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within an engineering/industrial setting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or 10 years’ PM experience with related outcomes.
• Experience managing financial aspects of projects (margin, cash flow).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Own the customer relationship as primary contact, driving communication and escalation management.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics across teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned to objectives.
• Lead milestone tracking, reporting, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
