Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Project Manager AFM to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and quality for projects based in Tulsa, OK with hybrid options.

Take ownership from order receipt through delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to ISO 9001:2015 processes. Occasional travel may be required, and JD Edwards ERP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management in engineering/heavy industrial or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10 years of PM-like experience.
• Strong financial acumen: margins, cash flow.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from order receipt to delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary contact, manage escalations and align expectations.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics across teams.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee milestones, reporting, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
