Chart Industries seeks a Project Manager AFM to lead complex engineering programs with hybrid options. You’ll own projects from order receipt through delivery, driving schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites in a hybrid setup.

Bring 5+ years in project management within heavy industrial settings, strong cross-functional leadership, and JD Edwards ERP experience. Travel as needed and a focus on continuous improvement support our ambitious growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within engineering, heavy industrial, or construction.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or 10 years’ experience in PM roles.
• Experience in financial aspects of project management (margin, cash flow).

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring objectives are met.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary contact, driving communication and escalations.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics across teams.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned to objectives.
• Lead execution with milestone tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation for on-time delivery.
