Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Project Manager AFM to lead complex engineering projects from order receipt through delivery in a hybrid role based in Tulsa, OK, with optional work from Buffalo or Medina. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and customer communications to ensure on-time delivery and margin.

You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics, develop plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, heavy industrial, or construction environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or 10 years PM experience evidencing similar responsibilities.
• Experience in financial aspects of PM (margin, variance, cash flow).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary contact, driving communication strategy and safeguarding satisfaction.
• Serve as the main liaison for engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to enable cross-team collaboration.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead execution through milestone tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery and margin protection.
