Chart Industries seeks a Project Manager AFM to drive complex engineering projects from inception to delivery. You will own timelines, budgets, and customer communications across multiple facilities and stakeholders, ensuring quality and on-time results.

The role supports Hybrid work options with primary locations in NY/OH/OK and requires experience in heavy industrial environments and JD Edwards ERP familiarity.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, heavy industrial, or construction environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10 years of PM experience in related roles.
• Experience with project financials: margin, cash flow, and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; operates well in matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Manage customer relationships as the primary contact, aligning expectations and resolving escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to enable cross-team collaboration.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned to project targets.
• Lead execution with milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery to protect margin.
