Chart Industries in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Project Manager AFM to take full ownership of complex projects from order receipt through delivery. The role will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer satisfaction, while managing budgets, milestones and risk.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in project management within heavy industrial settings, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and experience with JD

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects in engineering/industrial contexts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and handling complex customer accounts.
• Experience with financial aspects of PM (margin, cash flow).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships as the primary contact, coordinating communication and escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to enable collaboration across teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet targets.
• Oversee milestone tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery and margin protection.
