Job summary

Delmarva Power & Light Co. is seeking a Project Manager in Illinois to lead transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects.

You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams to successful project completion. The role requires engineering or related field education and 4–7 years of project management experience (CAPM/PMP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 4–7 years of project management experience, or high school diploma with 6–9 years of experience.
• CAPM certification or plan to obtain CAPM within two years (PMP also satisfies)
• Demonstrated success in managing projects and ability to lead teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee project performance across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, IT and initiatives.
• Manage costs, schedule and scope with recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and present to executives; lead cross-functional teams.
