Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead DER interconnection, transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes on time.

The role supports enterprise initiatives with potential storms or emergencies, and requires CAPM certification or progress toward it, plus a strong track record in project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• CAPM certification or scheduling CAPM within two years of entry.
• Proven track record with managing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in multitask environments.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from initiation to closeout with budgets from $250K to $15M.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and cost, with risk and change management.
• Interface with sponsors, stakeholders and executives for reporting.
• Coach team members and obtain necessary resources.
• Ensure alignment of responsibilities across internal/external teams.
