Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct the overall execution, schedule, and financial outcome for multiple electrical construction projects in Southern California. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants, drive change orders, and maintain strong client and A/E relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of electrical systems, scheduling, and project finances, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Travel up to 10–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects and project accountability.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, scheduling, and budgets.
• Proven ability to forecast financials and manage change orders.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards for field teams.
• Supervise project managers and project assistants in daily tasks.
• Train staff on company philosophy and systems; enforce safety protocols.
• Negotiate and oversee change orders; maintain project logs.
• Coordinate with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage progress billing.
