Job summary

RECON is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee earthwork, cap closure, and environmental remediation construction projects in the Western region. You will lead field crews, ensure safety protocols, and manage schedules and budgets across multiple sites.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in mine reclamation or environmental remediation project management, with a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/ES or related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing earthwork/construction projects.
• Strong leadership and safety program compliance experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project control tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project execution from planning to closeout.
• Supervise field crews and heavy equipment operations.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
