Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Digital Customer Success team. This remote US-based role focuses on keeping strategic and operational programs on track, improving the digital, low-touch customer experience, and serving as the primary contact for offshore partners while collaborating across CS, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Support, and Professional Services.

You will manage timelines, drive adoption of digital journeys, and support onboarding and education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in project management, program coordination, or operations.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue models.
• Experience leading multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience creating status reports and project plans for stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating distributed/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day work with offshore team and report progress.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for Digital CS projects.
• Partner to launch digital journeys and coordinate inputs.
• Support webinars, onboarding sessions, and academy content.
• Turn project data into insights for leadership decisions.
• Build templates and maintain content in tools like Highspot, Confluence, Jira.
• Assist hiring and onboarding for Digital CS teammates.
• Prepare regular presentations and team updates.
