Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Digital Customer Success initiatives. This remote role collaborates with teams across CS, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Support, and Professional Services, and supports offshore partners with metrics-driven delivery.

You will drive digital journeys, manage timelines, and build reports to show impact, while coordinating webinars, onboarding, and academy content. Westlake/Dallas area onsite Tue-Thu per policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management, program coordination, or operations.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue models.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Experience building status reports and project plans for stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing usage data and presenting outcomes.
• Comfort working across time zones with offshore/vendor teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day work with offshore team; escalate issues and track success.
• Keep projects on track by reporting status and addressing risks.
• Partner to launch digital journeys; coordinate copy and inputs.
• Support webinars, onboarding, and academy content with plans.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and create visuals for leadership.
• Build templates, briefs, and status reports; maintain content in tools.
• Assist hiring/onboarding for Digital CS teammates; coordinate interviews.
