Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a senior individual contributor to design and run the digital customer experience strategy, delivering low-touch journeys across segments and regions. You will ship end-to-end programs, turning data into action, and work with CS leadership and multiple teams to drive value without 1:1 coverage.

The role emphasizes self-direction, data storytelling, and ownership of metrics and testing frameworks, with optional on-site days near Westlake, TX for collaboration and faster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years delivering large, cross-functional initiatives as an individual contributor.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with CRM platforms and GTM/sales operations data.
• Experience designing and implementing customer journeys or programs spanning SMB through enterprise.
• Hands-on experience using data/analytics tools to analyze customer behavior data.
• Experience working within a SaaS sales and renewal cycle.
• This is a remote role; however, applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX should expect some on-site days (Tue-Thu).

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and continuously improve digital journeys across the customer lifecycle for all segments and regions.
• Turn evolving business needs into trigger logic and communication journeys and ship them yourself.
• Create and maintain metrics and testing frameworks to measure program impact.
• Analyze customer behavior data to identify retention, churn risk, and expansion opportunities.
• Incorporate Customer Education content to boost discovery and engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, CS, RevOps, Support, Product and other teams and share insights with leaders.
