Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to organize and drive multiple strategic Digital Customer Success programs. You will be the day-to-day contact for our offshore team, aligning timelines, risks, and deliverables with Digital CS leadership while coordinating across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Support, and Professional Services.

You’ll help improve our digital, low-touch customer experience and build impactful journeys, with hands-on work in Gainsight,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles.
• Experience in SaaS or a recurring-revenue business model.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams with competing deadlines.
• Experience building and maintaining status reports, project plans, or similar documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and presenting data to inform decisions or report on project or program outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with or supervising a distributed, offshore, or vendor team.
• This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tue–Thu.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day coordination with offshore team and report progress to Digital CS leadership.
• Keep projects moving by communicating status, flagging risks, and managing timelines/deliverables for ad hoc Digital CS projects.
• Partner with Success Operations and Digital Program Managers to launch and improve digital journeys, including drafting communications and building workflows in Gainsight.
• Support Customer Education webinars, onboarding sessions, and academy content by building project plans and coordinating logistics.
• Partner with Digital Strategy to address at-risk customers and drive retention and upsell strategies.
• Turn project data into clear analyses and visuals to inform decisions for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain team templates, briefs, and status reports in Highspot, Confluence, and Jira.
• Assist with hiring/onboarding for new Digital CS teammates by coordinating logistics.
• Prepare regular presentations and a team newsletter for leadership and the broader organization.
