Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a senior individual contributor to design and run our digital customer experience strategy. You will own low-touch journeys across segments and regions, shaping strategy and shipping work without 1:1 coverage, in collaboration with Customer Success leadership.

You’ll turn data into action, build trigger logic, and measure impact with robust analytics. This role is remote but nearby офис on-site Tue-Thu for Westlake/Dallas area.

Qualifications

Ability to translate usage data into actionable journeys.
Self-directed execution from strategy to shipped work.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize digital journeys across the customer lifecycle.
Turn business needs into trigger logic and journeys, and ship them independently.
Create and maintain metrics and testing frameworks for digital programs.
Analyze behavior data to identify retention, churn risk, and expansion signals.
Incorporate Customer Education content into journeys to boost engagement.
