Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including scope of work, scheduling, drawings, design and construction phases for assigned project.
• Proactively manage project-related issues on an account or assigned project as necessary.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and completion of all projects against targets.
• Maintain high standards for work performance and keep accurate electronic files.
• Prepare agendas and meeting materials, lead meetings, and manage master budgets and timelines.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budgets.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQ’s and RFP’s.
• Review change orders and invoices with client and manage project finances.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Southern California.
