Qualifications

• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate analyzed data to client and project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses for the client.
• Create and maintain detailed project budgets with historical and market data.
• Maintain Master Project Schedule and track performance against timelines.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendor and contractor services.
• Guide design implementation and short to mid-term planning with stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings with internal staff, design team, and client.
• Oversee due diligence, design, entitlements, bidding, procurement, and post-construction services.
• Manage capital improvement programs across multiple sites with local resources.
• Negotiate contracts and performance with vendors and consultants.
• Interface with client staff, property managers, and vendors; ensure communication.
• Utilize PDS technology across projects and report issues affecting perception.
