Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Project & Development Services to deliver complex capital and workplace projects in the National Capital Region, ensuring alignment with client objectives and governance standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of PM experience, with PMP preferred.

You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder coordination while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing corporate office, government, or mission-critical projects.
• PMP preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through closeout.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports and presentations.
• Review contracts, change orders, and payment applications.
• Implement project management standards and governance requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using Procore.
• Mentor junior project managers and support onboarding initiatives.
• Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
