Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in engineering/construction project roles.
• At least 3 years in supervisory project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings; set agendas; manage master budgets and timelines for each project.
• Prepare reports and drawings reviews for clients and management teams.
• Oversee consultants/construction teams; integrate related firm components as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with project stakeholders.
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• Potentially supervise Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
• Provide required documentation to clients and facility teams.
• Coordinate with building/facility staff to hit quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Report major issues with recommendations to senior managers.
• Obtain approvals for organizational changes and expenditures above budget.
• May set objectives for supervised units and hire/subordinate staff.
• May train, develop, and discipline staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Travel up to 35% to remote sites across the United States.
