Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager for Project & Development Services in the United States. The role focuses on the design and planning of facilities projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural disciplines, with budgetary control and resource coordination.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, leadership ability, and experience guiding projects from initiation through close, while maintaining client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
5 or more years of related experience in project management.

Responsibilities

Develop scope and schedule project reports and manage the development of drawings for clients, property/facility management team, design and development and constructions phases for assigned project.
Prepare master project budgets and timelines; ensure project objectives and client needs are met.
Coordinate and track all vendor RFQ’s and RFP’s; review change orders and invoices.
Lead meetings, maintain project documentation, and monitor risk and issues.
