Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager V to support a Developer Marketing team, driving product launches and go-to-market execution. You will coordinate with external agency vendors and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables from kickoff through completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience coordinating with external agency vendors.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent launches with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between external agency vendors and internal teams.
• Build and maintain workback schedules, timelines, trackers, and documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage day-to-day project logistics, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
• Track project status, dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating issues proactively when needed.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, to specification, and at a high quality standard.
• Maintain organized documentation and clear single sources of truth for active projects.
• Facilitate timely communication and alignment across marketing, creative, developer, and agency teams.
