Rate: $52-$57/hr

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a complex marketing measurement initiative. This high‑impact role will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams, each with distinct stakeholder groups and deliverables. The successful candidate will drive progress toward strategic goals, maintain alignment across workstreams, and ensure timely execution in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi‑stream marketing measurement initiative from planning through execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholder groups, including executive governance bodies and delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps. Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to identify blockers, risks, and opportunities for course correction.
• Facilitate decision‑making and ensure accountability across workstreams. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stream initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong background in marketing, analytics, technology‑related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving. Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Conflict resolution and consensus building. Expertise in project planning and milestone tracking.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira. Experience preparing executive dashboards, status reports, and governance updates.
