Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - CX to lead customer-facing technology implementations in Richardson, TX. You will drive full lifecycle projects, from planning through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT PM experience managing CX solutions such as CRM platforms and Self-Service Portals, with strong skills in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience leading CX solutions' full lifecycles (CRM, Self-Service Portals).
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead projects through the full implementation lifecycle, from planning and execution through final deployment.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage CX solutions implementations, including CRM and Self-Service Portals.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings: kick-offs, status, stakeholder, and steering committee reviews.
• Resolve conflicts and address challenges during execution.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and requirements.
• Support collaboration among onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
