Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager V to support a Developer Marketing team, driving product launches and go-to-market execution. You will coordinate with external agency vendors and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables from kickoff through completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between external agency vendors and internal teams.
• Build and maintain workback schedules, timelines, trackers, and documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage day-to-day project logistics, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
• Track project status, dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating issues proactively when needed.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, to specification, and at a high quality standard.
• Maintain organized documentation and clear single sources of truth for active projects.
• Facilitate timely communication and alignment across marketing, creative, developer, and agency teams.

This role will coordinate closely with external agency vendors and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring deliverables stay on track from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between external agency vendors and internal teams.
• Build and maintain workback schedules, project timelines, trackers, and documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage day-to-day project logistics, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
• Track project status, dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating issues proactively when needed.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, to specification, and at a high quality standard.
• Maintain organized documentation and clear single sources of truth for active projects.
• Facilitate timely communication and alignment across marketing, creative, developer, and agency teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience coordinating with and managing external agency vendors.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent launches, competing deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Strong experience building workback schedules, trackers, and managing project timelines.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace or similar platforms.
• Strong meeting facilitation and written status-reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, follow-through, and accountability.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and developer teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with developer or technical marketing content.
• Experience with budget tracking, SOWs, vendor management, and purchase orders.
• Experience partnering with localization or international teams on multi-market launches.
• Experience using AI tools to improve project management workflows, tracking, or reporting.
