Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a contract role in Santa Monica to lead complex, consumer-facing programs within the Business Operations - Global Program Management organization, focusing on Commerce partnerships and integrations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years managing large-scale software programs, excellent communication skills, and strong planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, strategic software development programs.
• Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams.
• Expertise in Agile or Waterfall program management methods (Scrum, Kanban, and/or Scaled Agile).

Responsibilities

• Drive activities for large, strategic, technically complex, high-priority programs
• Develop plans and timelines, accounting for all dependencies
• Ensure transparency of progress and issues/risks; mitigate risks and plan contingencies
• Communicate status, updates, and program summaries to stakeholders and executives
• Ensure all involved parties understand roles and are held accountable
• Facilitate all build activities (including QA) per plan
• Proactively drive, track, and report on budgets and capacity planning
• Collaborate with other program management colleagues across multiple technology teams
• Understand architecture, tools, and deployment practices used by the development team
• Track and report key program metrics for leadership
• Partner with Product to advance intake pipeline and triage programs
• Independently manage activities and resolve conflicts with minimal oversight
• Navigate cross-organizational scope to drive progress
• Demonstrate leadership and collaboration to inspire outputs
• Coordinate with external vendors as applicable
• Define, optimize, and manage Agile ceremonies and processes at team-of-teams level
