QinetiQ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensuring budget adherence, governance, and safety compliance. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.

The position is based at Bristol or Boscombe Down with hybrid working (3 days onsite). Eligible candidates should meet security requirements and demonstrate extensive project management experience.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in project management and leading projects.
• Full lifecycle knowledge of project management.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Planning: define outputs into detailed planning across scope, quality, time, cost, resources, risk and benefits.
• Budget & Cost Control: ensure project controls are in place and provide timely performance information.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify, assess, and respond to risks and issues.
• Reviews: participate in project reviews, report status and variances.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure commitment.
