Job summary

MBDA S.A.S. seeks a Project Security Manager to own and harmonise project security activities across the programme. The role acts as the central contact for security governance, export controls, and MoD approvals, coordinating with Security Engineering and project teams.

It offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic defence environment. The position focuses on developing security strategies, maintaining documentation, and ensuring coherency in security

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Security management and security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Security Grading Guide(s) and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage the MoD Approval process for release of information to 3rd parties.
• Coordinate production of the Project Security Plan and secure closure on completion.
• Inform Security Engineering of cross-project issues and disseminate best practices.
