Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead overall project direction, scope, and financial outcomes on assigned projects. You will mentor on-site staff, demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and client service.

Responsibilities include safety policy execution, change negotiations, cost analysis, and closeout. Requires OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and extensive construction management experience; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent; related experience accepted on a 1:1 basis.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects over $25 million.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety policies and oversee project direction.
• Manage on-site staff and project execution to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead owner/architect meetings and risk management activities.
• Review subcontractor/payables and ensure accurate invoicing.
