Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead project direction, completion and financial outcomes on assigned projects. You will direct and mentor on-site staff, ensure safety, and maintain client satisfaction through strong leadership and organizational skills.

The role requires experience in construction management, effective communication, and ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractor performance. On-site work with diverse teams is expected.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project direction, completion and financial outcomes.
• Direct and mentor on-site staff; manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety policies and QA/QC program compliance on site.
• Prepare changes, review budgets, and manage monthly progress reports.
