Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager 2 to oversee project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for assigned projects. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, plus effective communication with clients and teams.

You will mentor on-site staff, enforce safety policies, and manage change orders, disputes, and subcontractor pay applications. This position supports multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent; may substitute related experience on a one-to-one basis.
• 8 years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects over $25 million.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects.
• Direct and mentor on-site staff and lead client communication as the Project Manager 2.
• Oversee safety program, risk management and project controls.
• Lead pre-con meetings, change orders and project closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
