Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive project-management experience in construction.
• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; may substitute.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities and data centers is preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation for mission-critical scopes.
• Lead project team from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, inspectors, and design professionals.
• Maintain project records, cost reporting, and commissioning readiness.
• Develop cost codes and project controls; oversee procurement.
