Job summary

Search Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact software implementations from kickoff through go-live. You will mentor fellow PMs, influence delivery standards, and collaborate with executives to scale implementation excellence.

You will mentor project managers, manage complex engagements, and drive delivery improvements across the organization in a fast‑growing software environment.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience leading software, SaaS, or technology implementation projects.
• Experience mentoring or leading project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies and delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders and customer leadership teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles; drive resolution plans.
• Manage scope, changes, and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive accountability across customer and internal teams for outcomes.
• Mentor and support other Project Managers across the organization.
• Provide guidance on planning, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with Product, Development, QA, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Coordinate resources across multiple concurrent implementations and initiatives.
