Saint Cyr Partners in Monroe/Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager - Superintendent for new custom-home construction. You will oversee projects from design through turnover, coordinating with customers and subcontractors to deliver quality homes on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in operations and project leadership in residential construction, with experience managing 8–10 homes concurrently and strong team communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building.
• Proven track record leading operations and projects for 4+ years.
• Experience managing 8–10 projects concurrently.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site activities from design through pre-con, subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
