Software Placement Group is seeking a Project Manager / Site Superintendent in Petersburg, VA to oversee new custom-home construction from design hand-off through final walk-through and certificate of occupancy.

The role requires managing 8–10 projects concurrently, maintaining proactive client communication, and ensuring safety and budget controls with strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (8–10) concurrently.
• 4–5+ year track record of successful site operations and project leadership in new home construction.
• Strong team-building skills and excellent communication with customers and owners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent, proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction sites from design hand-off through sub-selection, scope contracts, safety, and final walkthrough/CO.
• Regulate budgets and manage job costs across projects.
