Job summary

RNInk in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Direct Hire, onsite Construction Operations Leader. The role manages multi-site residential projects with a focus on client satisfaction, budget control, and smooth hand-offs from design to completion.

The candidate will oversee 8–10 homes simultaneously, foster teamwork, and maintain clear communications with owners. Strong leadership and field coordination are essential for successful on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• 4-5+ year track record of site-operations & project leadership in New Home Construction.
• Good team-building skills & excellent communications with customers/owners.

Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR ( including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)

About the company:

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.

They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

Your Responsibilities:

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
• Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time
• Qualifications include a 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership and within New Home Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
