Job summary

Job Juncture in Petersburg, VA is seeking a senior site operations lead for a regional single-family home builder. You will oversee ground-up construction projects, coordinate across design hand-off, sub-selection, and scope contracts, and ensure safety and final CO.

This role requires 4–5+ years leading multiple homes (8–10) simultaneously, strong client communication, budget control, and team-building skills. Competitive salary with bonus per home, 401(k), PTO, and healthcare.

Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR ( including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.

They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

Your Responsibilities:

• Over-communicationwith customers to ensure the highest satisfaction


• Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.


• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction


• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time


• Qualifications include a 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership and within New Home Construction.


• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
