Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time.
• 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership in New Home Construction.
• Good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design hand-off through sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
