Top Echelon LLC in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent for New Custom-Home Construction. The role offers a competitive compensation package around $100K+ per year, DOE, plus bonus per home, auto/phone allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication, managing site operations from design hand-off to final C/O, and controlling budgets across 8–10 projects concurrently.

Qualificações

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time.
• 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership in New Home Construction.
• Good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

  Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR ( including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)

  About the company:

  A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.

  They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

  Your Responsibilities:

  • Over-communicationwith customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
  • Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
  • Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

  Qualifications
