Software Placement Group is hiring a Project Manager / Site Superintendent to lead custom-home construction on-site in Wytheville, VA. The role centers on guiding multiple new-home projects from design hand-off to occupancy, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and strict safety standards.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with trades, handle sub-selection contracts, and maintain proactive customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Able to manage eight or more active projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 4+ years in site operations and project leadership within new home construction.
• Strong communication with customers and owners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent, proactive communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction throughout the build.
• Oversee construction site management from design hand-off through sub-selection and scope contracts, safety compliance, final walk-through, and certificate of occupancy.
• Regulate project budgets and manage job costs across multiple homes.
