Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an on-site Project Manager – Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will plan and schedule subcontractors, coordinate design-to-closure, and manage safety, quality, and schedule across multi-site builds.

Candidates should have residential construction experience (preferably on-your-lot or scattered lots) and a track record of leading 8–10 projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
