Zenith Analytics at Publicis Groupe seeks an Analytics Manager to lead data-driven strategy across media channels and client engagements in New York. You will mentor analysts, design measurement plans, and partner with Associate Directors to set vision and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will translate complex data into executive storytelling, manage day-to-day client deliverables, and drive process improvements while building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables.
• SQL and Redshift proficiency in data warehouse environments.
• Experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Familiar with Python, R, or SAS.
• Ability to structure and manipulate large data sets to answer business questions.
• Strong knowledge of online media channels and programmatic metrics.
• Ability to translate data insights into executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Tell stories with data and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Proactively implement process improvements.
• Represent Zenith Data & Analytics to clients as performance experts.
• Work with analysts to deliver day-to-day client deliverables.
• Design measurement plans based on client needs and propose solutions.
• Partner with Associate Directors to craft and execute account visions; mentor staff.
